Customer Interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with your customers, including the services you provide, pricing, cancellation policies, and customer service. Reserly is a platform that facilitates bookings but is not a party to the actual service agreements between you and your customers.

Free Trial and Future Billing

Free Trial Period

Reserly offers a 14-day free trial with full access to our platform features. No credit card is required to start your trial. The trial period begins when you create your account.

Future Paid Services

While Reserly currently operates on a free trial basis, we may introduce paid subscription plans in the future. Any transition to paid services will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to accept the new terms or discontinue using the service.

Service Availability and Modifications

Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or system failures
• Third-party service disruptions
